Steps:

  • warm a saucepan on a medium heat
  • add the butter and wait until it foams but not browns
  • add the chopped mushrooms and stir fry for 2 minutes
  • add the chopped garlic to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes
  • add the St Agur and creme fraiche and stir in until the cheese melts
  • add salt and pepper to taste

150 g de cerneau de noix
1 filet d'huile
3 oeufs

1 boîte de Fromage Saint Agur

Steps:

  • C'est très simple, il suffit de tout mélanger en ayant préalablement haché les noix et emietté le fromage. Mettre le tout dans un moule à cake beurré et enfourner dans le four préchauffé à 210 degrés pendant environ 35 mn ; surveiller la cuisson.
