1 kilogram Mirabelle plum
250 milliliters water
50 milliliters white wine
150 grams sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
  • Rinse the plums and remove the stalks. Divide into 2-3 glass jars. Bring th water and the sugar to a boil. Add the wine, then pour the liquid over the plums. Seal tightly.
  • Place a kitchen towel on a baking sheet, and top with the jars. Pour a little boiling water over the towel and sterilize for at least 30 minutes in the oven.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Ein fruchtig-frisches Kompott, das ganz ohne Zucker auskommt. Chia macht es unwiderstehlich cremig und auch perfekt als Aufstrich fürs Frühstücksbrötchen.

500 g Mirabellen
2 EL Chia
2 EL Ahornsirup
60 ml Apfelsaft
1/2 TL Kardamom

Steps:

  • Halbiere die Mirabellen und entsteine sie.
  • Gib alle Zutaten in einen Topf und lass dein Kompott bei mittlerer Hitze für ca. 5 Minuten einköcheln.
  • Nimm es dann vom Herd. Gib dein Kompott in ein sauberes Glas (am besten ausgekocht) und lass es abkühlen. Die Bindung nimmt während des Abkühlens noch weiter zu.
  • Jetzt kannst du es jederzeit als Dessert oder cremig-fruchtigen Aufstrich genießen. Gut verschlossen hält das Kompott mindestens eine Woche im Kühlschrank.
