Welcome! Thanks so much for coming to my site. I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Madison and I write all the content, write all the recipes, and style, photograph, and edit all the images on madisonsdish.com.
On madisonsdish.com you’ll find delicious, (mostly) healthy recipes, easy ways to incorporate more vegetables into your life, answers to your most burning food and nutrition questions, and much more! I personally follow a balanced, no-foods-off-limits diet without a label, but believe that when it comes to food, we are all unique and something that works for you may not work for someone else. I’m very open minded and love to chat with friends about what eating habits work for them!
In addition to developing the recipes and providing the nutritional information on this blog, I have three nutrition certifications from AFPA (xxx and working on a 4th). I also work a day job in digital marketing in corporate America.
In my free time, I like to try new restaurants, hang out with friends, and play candy crush (yes, I still play candy crush). I live in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan (in an apartment with a rare-for-nyc open kitchen!) with my husband Matt. My gastronomic pet peeve is the use of nicknames for food (naner, tater, bloob – you get the picture).
